KXIZER's Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You are required to provide an unboxing video of the package.
  • Your item has to be either damaged, wrong product or wrong size sent by KXIZER.
  • Any mistakes made by customer doesn’t hold KXIZER liable

2. Exchange Timeframe

You have 7 days from the date of delivery of your product to contact us and request an exchange for an item.

3. Exchange Process

3.1. Initiate an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service email at [email protected] or our Official Social Media Account with your order number and the reason for your exchange. We will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3.2. Shipping

KXIZER will be responsible over the shipping cost (only within Indonesia) with mistakes made by us, customers will not be held liable of any shipping cost. Customers will have a responsibility to first return the product where shipping cost will be paid/reimbursed by KXIZER.

3.3. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, the exchange will be processed, and the new item will be shipped to you within 7 business days.
